WHO I AM
My name is Jiří Knap and I have been working in the security and crisis management environment for almost 20 years.
These situations led me to the idea of passing on my experience in the fields of safety, first aid, self-defense, and survival in nature.
I became a first aid instructor and eventually a member of the NAEMT association, which brings together rescuers, paramedics, and other similar professions around the world. I expanded my education with an international certification as a NAEMT TCCC CLS (combat lifesaver), or COMBAT LIFESAVER
 
MY OTHER EXPERIENCES
In addition to my experience with first aid, I have been studying various combat systems for 35 years, including Taekwondo ITF (2nd Dan), karate, jiujitsu, Krav Maga, Kickboxing and others, and I have applied this experience when teaching my colleagues from both the Municipal Police and the Police of the Czech Republic.

I base my teaching on experience, an emphasis on reality, and an effort to teach others how to act in crisis situations, but also how to prevent such situations.
WHY MY COURSES?
My courses are not about speaking, but mainly about practical training, where you try everything yourself and I PLACE HIGH EMPHASIS ON THAT!!!
I use my own equipment:
CPR manikins : adult, child, infant (each group has its own specifics)
AED (DEFIBRILATOR) training, various types of tourniquets, Israeli bandages, tourniquets and lots of other equipment

Students learn to respond in conditions close to reality - whether it's first aid, self-defense, or survival in nature.
